Packages

Full Spectrum Doula Package – $3,000

Comprehensive support from pregnancy through postpartum

Prenatal Support:

  • Two prenatal appointments to discuss birth preferences and preparation
  • Personalized birth and postpartum plan

Labor & Birth Support:

  • On-call doula support starting at 37 weeks
  • Continuous emotional and physical support during labor
  • Optional aromatherapy for relaxation

Postpartum Support:

  • Unlimited phone, email, and text support
  • Breastfeeding guidance (if desired)
  • One-week postpartum check-in (in-home)
  • 40 hours of in-home postpartum care (suggested as two overnight visits per week for two weeks)
  • Referrals to specialists as needed

Ideal for families who want full-circle support from pregnancy through postpartum.

Labor Support Package – $1,500

Expert birth support for a smooth and empowering experience

Before Birth:

  • Two prenatal appointments to prepare for labor and postpartum
  • Personalized birth and postpartum plan

During Labor & Birth:

  • On-call doula services starting at 37 weeks
  • Unlimited phone, email, and text support

Postpartum Support:

  • In-home postpartum check-in within 24-72 hours (up to one hour)
  • Referrals to specialists as needed

Designed for families who need dedicated birth support without ongoing postpartum care.

Welcome Home Postpartum Package – $1,500

Practical, hands-on support as you adjust to life with your newborn

  • Four-hour daytime visits, three days a week for four weeks
  • Best used within the first few months after birth

Support Includes:

  • Light cleaning
  • Infant care while parents rest, shower, or recharge
  • Light meal preparation
  • Emotional support
  • Bottle preparation and cleaning
  • Referrals to specialists as needed

Perfect for new parents who need structured daytime support in the crucial early months.

Individual Services

Appointment Companion – $28/hour

  • Accompaniment to any medical or pregnancy-related appointment
  • Arrival 15 minutes before the appointment for preparation and support
  • Pickup and drop-off available (inquire for details)
  • Virtual check-ins before and after the appointment

Postpartum Doula Support

$35/hour (daytime) | $38/hour (overnight: 8 PM – 6 AM)

  • Sessions available in four-hour increments (overnight options: 8 or 10 hours)

Support Includes:

  • Light cleaning
  • Infant care while parents rest
  • Light meal preparation
  • Emotional support
  • Bottle preparation and cleaning
  • Help running errands*
  • Referrals to specialists as needed

Birth Plan Prep – $200

Comprehensive support from pregnancy through postpartum

  • One-hour private session to create a customized birth plan
  • Downloadable birth plan and postpartum wellness plan
  • Follow-up support via phone, text, or email
